Wholesale Buying Guide
Everything a buyer needs before placing a first order: minimum quantities, customization, lead times, payment, trade terms, samples, documents and after-sales. These are our standing terms — where an item depends on your model or order size, we say so rather than promise a number.

Minimum order quantity
The standard MOQ is 100 pcs per model. On regular orders you may mix models, provided the combined quantity reaches 100 pcs. Customized orders cannot be mixed: the 500 pcs customization MOQ applies per model, because tooling and printing are set up per item.
Customization
Three customization options are available from 500 pcs per model:
- Logo printing on the product.
- Custom packaging — retail colour boxes.
- Custom instruction manuals.
Allow 15–30 days from order confirmation, receipt of artwork files and deposit. The range exists because packaging and printing schedules differ; we confirm the exact date once the artwork is approved.
Lead time
For in-stock models, allow 3–7 days after order confirmation and deposit. Lead time is counted from those two events, not from the date of first contact, so the deposit and the confirmation both matter to the schedule.
Payment
30% deposit when the order is placed, and the 70% balance before shipment. We accept SWIFT T/T and local bank transfer; other payment methods can be discussed with our sales team before the order is confirmed.
Trade terms
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DAP. Tell us your destination and we will quote the term that suits the shipment; other trade terms can be discussed.
Samples
Samples are available for verified B2B buyers. Sample units and shipping are paid by the buyer, and the sample cost is deducted from your bulk order once it is confirmed — so evaluating a model before committing costs the freight, not the sample.
Quality and documents
All goods are inspected before shipment. Products meet CE, RoHS and FCC international safety standards, and we can provide the CE, RoHS and FCC reports on request. Tell us which documents your market requires and we will confirm what we can supply.
Shipping and FBA
We ship worldwide from Shenzhen, China by sea, air and express courier, and we support FBA-ready labelling and packaging for Amazon sellers.
After-sales
If you receive defective items, contact us and we will arrange a refund or a replacement. As a wholesaler we cannot offer the same after-sales terms as a retailer: once the goods are resold, end-customer after-sales service is the buyer's responsibility.
